Cash Management
Depending on your requirements, you may take advantage of any of our available instruments:
Dresdner Cash Concentrating
Dresdner Bank offers domestic cash concentrating within Germany as well as international cash concentrating. Dresdner Bank branches abroad participate in this international cash concentrating process. When legal and FX regulations allow, this service is also possible between Dresdner Bank and selected financial partner institutions.
On request, your accounts will be integrated into a zero-balancing system, i.e. actual movement of funds. All entries on "sub"-accounts will be "pre-concentrated" by value dates and then automatically transferred to a predefined "main"-account (i.e. balances of "sub"-accounts will always be zero). Your internal interest calculation can be backed up by a (paper-based) pro-forma interest calculation.
Our Notional Pooling will balance your accounts maintained with Dresdner Bank Frankfurt on a monthly basis. Available credit and debit balances will be consolidated into one notional balance at the end of each business day. This will be the basis for our interest calculation (actual account balances will not be touched, as they will remain in the individual account). Applicable debit/ credit interest is debited or credited to the pool leader’s account. For the purpose of inter-company interest calculations, a pro-forma interest calculation can be provided for each account involved.
